AppEx CloudWAN Virtual CPE is provided by AppEx Networks Corporation (hereinafter "AppEx") and can be used without any license. AppEx CloudWAN Virtual CPE contains copyrighted and patented material. In order to protect them and except as permitted by applicable legislation, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or reduce it to a human-perceivable form, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of AppEx.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of AppEx CloudWAN Virtual CPE is at your own risk. AppEx provides AppEx CloudWAN Virtual CPE and related documentation "as is" without warranty of any kind and AppEx expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will AppEx, or its directors, officers, employees or agents, be liable to the end user or any third party for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, from the use of this system, including without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, goodwill, lost data, and those arising from infringement or alleged infringement of any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right by AppEx, even if AppEx is expressly advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
